Khōde at Hyundai Department Store Pangyo: Location, Hours & BeBalance 3-Step Mask Review
Khōde is a dermabeauty-focused multi-brand beauty store located on B1 of Hyundai Department Store Pangyo.
It opened on September 18 as the first flagship store, covering approximately 50 pyeong and bringing several beauty categories together in one space.
BeBalance also began offering its signature 3-Step microfiber sheet masks at Khōde on the same day. I visited the store, bought the Azulene microfiber mask, and tried it myself.
What is Khōde at Hyundai Department Store Pangyo?
Khōde is a dermabeauty-focused multi-brand store introduced by Hyundai Department Store.
It is not limited to skincare. You can also browse hair and body care, fragrance, makeup, lifestyle items, and products for kids.
There was also a separate dermabeauty section inside the store. If you want to compare different products based on your skin concerns, there is a broad selection to browse.
One advantage of shopping in person was being able to check the packaging and textures directly rather than choosing only from online photos.

Along with Khōde’s opening, BeBalance began offering its signature 3-Step microfiber sheet masks at Hyundai Department Store Pangyo from September 18.
It was convenient to compare products I had previously only seen online before deciding what to buy.
Several varieties were displayed by color, and after comparing them in person, I chose the Azulene microfiber sheet mask.
The official seller introduces the Azulene product as a 3-Step sheet mask for redness and sensitive skin. You can also find BeBalance products at the BeBalance Brand Store.
What’s included in the BeBalance 3-Step microfiber sheet mask?
Unlike a typical sheet mask, the BeBalance microfiber mask includes three skincare steps in a single pack.
- STEP 1 Serum: Apply before using the mask
- STEP 2 Microfiber Sheet Mask: Apply the sheet directly to the skin
- STEP 3 Cream: Use as the final step after removing the mask
The sheet mask contains 30 g of essence.
Because the serum, sheet mask, and finishing cream are all included in one pack, the set is convenient on days when carrying several skincare products feels inconvenient or when traveling.
Trying the Azulene microfiber sheet mask
After cleansing, I applied the STEP 1 serum first and then used the STEP 2 microfiber mask sheet.
The sheet felt softer than a typical thick sheet mask and fit closely against my skin.
There was also plenty of essence. Even after taking out the mask sheet, some essence remained in the package, so I could use it on my neck and arms as well.
After removing the mask, I gently absorbed the remaining essence and applied the STEP 3 cream to finish all three steps.
The most convenient part was having the serum, sheet mask, and cream together in a single pack.
However, how a skincare product feels can vary depending on your skin condition. If you are comparing different sheet mask formats, this type of 3-Step set is another option to consider.
Comparing products offline after seeing them online
One convenient part of visiting Khōde was being able to browse several beauty brands in one place.
For brands like BeBalance that I had first encountered online, I could check the actual packaging and products before choosing.
If you are buying a product for the first time and find it difficult to choose based only on online information, visiting Khōde at Hyundai Department Store Pangyo is one way to compare products in person.
Purchase events available during my visit
At the time of my visit, there was a prize-draw event for customers who made a purchase. I participated and received a mini perfume sample.
There was also an event where customers who spent KRW 10,000 or more could purchase an item for KRW 990. I bought a PDRN moisturizing cream through this event.
